Carnage is a project the folks at 13 Angry Scorpions have been wanting to release for more than a year, and it’s the latest sauce to be unleashed from the 13 Angry Scorpions vault. It’s a full-bodied, punchy Carolina Reaper hot sauce, packed with real, fresh fruit and vegetables, including tomato, pear, carrot, fresh orange juice, ginger and garlic, with notes of citrus and brown sugar.
It has been handcrafted with their signature aged Carolina Reaper mash, giving it a smooth, mellow and very pleasing flavour profile as well as the brutal Reaper sting that you have come to expect from 13 Angry Scorpions.
Carnage is amazing on everything, but it is absolutely sensational with Mexican and Asian cuisine, burgers, bacon and eggs and pizza.
